Job Descriptions:
- Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects
- Ensure sound administration and communication flow between the project team and the other related parties (internal and external)
- Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors / suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanships;
- Oversee project progrss and prepare report to Project Manager
- As Liaison officer wiht client directly for maintenance and ad-hoc works, including costing to successful completion of the works.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline with more than 3 years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on proactive and taking ownership of projects under his/her responsibility
- Honest, creative, well-organised and able to make decisions for different scenarios
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Mature with initiative to work independently
- Excellent project & people management skills
- Has a Class 3 driving license
