General Responsibilites:
- To assist in maintaining public area cleaning and common corridors as directed by Housekeeping Manager.
- Responsible for checking and marking all guest items received for washing, dry-cleaning and checking/packing items prior to delivery.
- Ensure all items are sorted, properly marked room number and inform the Floor Supervisor regarding the discrepancies, damage, stains, tears and missing accessories before and after the processing and ensure that these are remedied or replaced.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Responsible for public area cleaning as directed by Housekeeping Manager.
- To carry out monthly stock take of all housekeeping supplies as directed by Housekeeping Manager.
