Objective of the Role:

  • You will play a strategic and operational role in designing, developing, executing, implementing and documenting solutions, work with business stakeholders to analyze and find solutions to business problems, liaise with project teams in integrating change management activities into the project plans.


The Role:

  1. HR Technology:
  • Deliver domain expertise on HR systems based upon functional areas or projects assigned and day-to-day operations and administration of SuccessFactors and eFrontier, including configuration, testing and troubleshooting of issues related to business processes, security and reporting.
  • Develop customer relationships by demonstrating a desire to understand their business processes and challenges while demonstrating a continuous improvement mentality and an ability to execute.
  • Lead the development of end-user requirements and documentation.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, system enhancements and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs.
  • Perform aggregation and maintenance of HR data quality and analysis.
  1. Project Management:
  • Provide a strategic approach to identify, prioritize and successfully execute a broad portfolio of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct business requirement gathering with stakeholders and perform regular assessments to identify areas of improvement or gaps.
  • Prepare project plans and implementation strategy including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of project execution from scope definition, planning, risk/issue management, status management and communication.
  • Ensure budget and resources required are properly scoped and then monitored and managed via change control.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and identify opportunities to make HR processes more efficient and effective.
  • Communicate status of HR initiatives on regular basis to leadership team as required.


What Do You Need to Have?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven success in HRIS/systems implementation projects, preferably with SuccessFactors system.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining strong ethics and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive and influence change management.
  • Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
