Responsibilities
- Application support and troubleshooting
- Project coordination and handling multiple concurrent initiatives
- Managing the projects' budget and timeline
- Conduct and managed UAT/SIT
- Collaboration with various parties at all levels, within and outside the team
- Evaluation of new technologies, software products and vendor proposals
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in project and application support
- Proficiency in Java EE, SQL, Scripting, Web Services and Middleware, with good knowledge in Unix, Linux and Windows platforms
- Track record in application support in Production/UAT/SIT environments
- Good understanding of IT infrastructures including hardware, storage, network and databases
- Detail oriented with a strong customer focus
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
