Position: HR Assistant
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Senoko
Job description
· Prepare and process payroll and employee income tax using Info-Tech Payroll System
· Set-up new join and update stall information in Info-Tech Payroll system
· Processing and timely submission of IR21, NS make-up claim and all government paid leave claims
· Application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
· Arrange medical check-up for staff if required
· Prepare KET, confirmation, increment letter etc
· Assist is annual insurance policies renewal and insurance claims processing
· Handling leaves and TMS thru Info-Tech System
· Assist in recruitment including online job advertisement
· Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys
· Handling uniform and stationeries matters
· Coordinate performance appraisal cycle
· Any other ad-hoc matters as and when required
Requirements
· Knowledge in Info-Tech software is an advantage
. Fresh Graduate are welcome
· At least 2 years of HR and Admin experience
· Good team player and able to multi-task
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Able to work both in a team environment and independently
