About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Shootsta Digital team. In this role, you will implement advanced front-end and back-end requirements with a focus on DevOps. Your expertise will drive process improvements and optimal solutions, contributing to our fast-paced and evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement front-end and back-end requirements with minimal oversight.
- Provide L2/L3 support, feature development, testing, and deployment.
- Lead and mentor the feature team, enhancing their knowledge and skillset.
- Ensure high performance improvements to our platform.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through reviews and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one backend framework (Spring, Express.js, Graph QL).
- Advanced knowledge of React JS, server-side implementation, APIs, and database systems.
- Experience with Git, AWS CodePipeline, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring junior developers.
