Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project manager in the engineering industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience.
3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
