The Role
Your main responsibilities will include supporting the Research Institute with:
- Provide administrative support for programme (e.g., Support annual application exercise and onboarding of new participants, maintain contact list, respond to queries from the participants).
- Support marketing and communications efforts
- Provide administrative support for the programme
- Support the tracking of programme budget utilisation.
- Provide administrative support for initiatives (e.g., claims processes for enhanced internship and work-study upgrading)
- Manage end-to-end administration process, including grant applications, claims, feedback forms, KPI tracking.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in any field
- Prior administrative or grants/claims processing would be advantageous
