A growing market leader with a large global team of over 10,000 employees is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to provide support to senior management and employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible. This role is a 1 year contract, convertible based on merit.
Your new role
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner looking after HR strategic works, business partnering, succession planning as well as talent management. Working with various Centre of Excellence in the organization, you would also be responsible for driving and championing regional HR functions/initiatives within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Strong HR business partnering experiences
- Drive annual performance review and salary benchmarking matters
- Able to be fluid in providing HR advisory support to stakeholders
- Lead and support organizational development and transformational strategies
