Responsibilities
- Assist to run day to day procurement operations such as processing purchase requisitions through GeBIZ.
- Publication in GeBIZ such as Issuing Purchase Orders and Award contracts to successful bidder/tenderer.
- Answer queries on Procurement.
- Assisting staff, ensuring that requirements are made concise and clear for the suppliers.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in Account Receivable/ Procurement and GeBIZ will be advantageous.
- Highly adaptable and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
