Job scope:
- Handle leads on online platform
- To provide excellent customer and sales service
- Identify and attend to customers’ needs and inquiries on our products
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use/purchase it
- Process payment
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs
Requirements:
- Min 1 year online sales experience
- Experience in home appliances products, water dispenser or water filter is added advantage
