1. Marketing strategy formulation: Develop and implement the marketing strategy of prescription drug products in Southeast Asia, including market positioning, target market selection and pricing strategy.

2. Sales Team Management: Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, supervise sales activities, set sales targets, and provide training and guidance.

3. Product Promotion: Develop advertising and publicity strategies, cooperate with advertising agencies, produce advertising and promotional materials, and ensure that they comply with relevant regulations.

4. Compliance and regulatory compliance: ensure that all marketing activities and advertising activities are in compliance with medical regulations and laws and regulations of various countries in Southeast Asia region.

5. Market Analysis: analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs, and sales data to make strategic decisions.

6. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain close collaborative relationships with medical professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, and health care providers to promote product sales.

7. Budget Management: Manage the market budget to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve sales and marketing goals.

8. Teamwork: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, legal and other departments to ensure the smooth launch and successful sales of prescription drug products.

9. New Product Promotion: Responsible for the promotion of new prescription drug products, including market positioning, market research and the formulation of promotion plans.

10. Market feedback: Collect and analyze market feedback, reflect customer demand, and adjust market strategy and product positioning.

11. Data Analysis: Use market data and sales reports for analysis to provide management with information on market performance and trends.

12. Leadership: Lead the sales and marketing team, motivate team members, and ensure that sales targets are achieved.

13. Partnership: Establish and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with partners, distributors and agents.
