- Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance
- Ensure Response Time and Defect Turn-around Time meet contractual KPI
- Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures
- Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification
- Generate relevant administrative records and reports
- Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work
- Escalate unsolvable system problems and service request to the OEM/ Vendor for technical support and reporting the escalation to the Group Lead
- Perform standby duties if required
- Requirements gathering, development, deployment for Change Proposal (CP)
- Conduct regression testing, acceptance testing, documentation and training for CP
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in ​Computer Science, IT, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Windows) and server administration
- Basic knowledge on network and is interested in systems configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in software engineering tools
- Experience or knowledge in SQL, Java/J2EE/JavaScript
