Main Responsibilities:
· Perform installation, configuration, administration, migration, maintenance, backup/restore and
· troubleshooting of network and server infrastructure.
· Provide support to end users on all desktop hardware, software and network problems.
· Maintain hardware inventories and software licenses.
· Perform routine system tasks that include systems backup, data backup.
· Ad hoc duties from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years working experience in IT support.
3. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or
equivalent.
