Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team looks at crafting and executing marketing strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.
About the role:
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be an innovative and conscientious team player who can turn creative ideas into effective lead-generating and brand campaigns across a wide range of marketing channels.

What will you be doing?
- Create compelling and engaging press releases, media kits, and other PR collateral to communicate key messages and announcements on a country level.
- Proactively identify media opportunities and pitch relevant story ideas to secure positive media coverage
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media representatives, journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers
- Experiment with creative content formats to deliver new and engaging experiences for a finance and startup audience across Asia, including podcasts, videos, events and more.
- Work closely with cross functional teams (brand & campaign, demand generation, channel partnerships, activation and engagement, growth and operation teams) to deliver exceptional growth results
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- At least 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the startup space
- Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa is a plus.
- Experience in PR strategy, with in-house or agency experience
- You pride yourself in your creativity, organization and drive for execution
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications related
