Job Description:
- Engage stakeholders, conduct user research, and analyze manual operation processes for system implementation.
- Assess existing solutions, propose suitable alternatives, and gather inputs for evaluation.
- Implement operational projects, coordinate with teams and vendors, and ensure scalability.
- Translate user requirements, develop test scenarios, and provide on-the-ground training.
- Manage vendors, analyze system integration, and ensure quality through testing.
- Monitor and report Operation KPIs, execute change management, and roll out digital solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- 2-3 years of business analyst/project management experience.
- Stakeholder engagement, solution design, and digital solutions analysis expertise.
- Knowledge of agile project management or related certifications is a plus.
- Good technical understanding of digital solutions.
- Strong communication skills, numeracy, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Basic software development knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; coding skills in Python/Java are advantageous.
- Adaptable to a fluid and challenging environment, capable of making decisions under time pressures.
