Job Description:
∙ Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
∙ Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub‐contractors,
Client, and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of
works
∙ Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
∙ Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied
with
∙ Lead a team of project staff
∙ Planning, scheduling, accomplishing, and coordinating the management of the project.
∙ Prepare all project document under the contract scope.
∙ Liaising, negotiating, and managing sub‐suppliers/sub‐contractors in the region with respect
to procurements and in‐situ execution of sales contracts or projects.
∙ Compiling process designs, technical specifications, and drawings etc required for technical
reviews and approvals of our end‐user customers upon receipt of sales contracts.
∙ Participation in meeting with client, sub‐contractors, solving technical & management
issues/problems arises during course of project execution.
∙ Prepare method statement and Risk Assessment
∙ Accountable for the successful completion of the project within contract period and budget.
∙ Establish, implement, and review the Project Operation Plan
∙ Plan, review, and control project cost to meet project budget
∙ Lead and motivate the project team and subcontractors to ensure site safety standard to
client’s satisfaction.
∙ Responsible for quality of work to meet specifications and client’s requirements.
∙ Knowledge of project relevant authorities and submission requirement in Singapore
∙ Lead and oversees project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on‐time completion
of the project
∙ Project planning and project management
∙ Ad‐hoc duties as assigned.
∙ Manage the project site by overseeing the day‐to‐day activities related to the construction
of the project as designated by Project Manager
∙ Liaise with consultant for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with
subcontractors
∙ Conduct inspection and checks on work performed by subcontractors
∙ Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations
∙ Prepare project‐related reports and method statement for submission
Requirements:
∙ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or its equivalent or higher.
∙ Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), ,
construction sequencing and project schedule requirement.
∙ Relevant work experience in LTA/ Road /Bridge and Viaduct Projects project preferred.
