About the role: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced EPIC Systems Program Manager to join our Global Transformation Company. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale projects related to the EPIC electronic medical record system. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of EPIC system implementation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, IT teams, and executive leadership, to define project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with key stakeholders and project team members.
- Conduct regular project status updates and reporting, ensuring effective communication and transparency.
- Provide direction and guidance to project team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards throughout project execution.
- Evaluate and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or Business Management.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in the healthcare or IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record systems and their implementation.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to identify and address project risks and issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
