- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers courteously, answering questions, and helping them locate products.
- Checkout Operations: Operate the cash register, scan products, handle transactions accurately, and provide receipts.
- Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise, ensuring it's correctly placed on shelves or racks.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by dusting, sweeping, and arranging displays.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the store's products to offer information and recommendations to customers.
- Returns and Exchanges: Process customer returns or exchanges according to store policies.
- Outlet Security: Be vigilant for theft and report suspicious activities to store security or management.
- Sales & Promotions: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, or sales events.
- Inventory Checks: Assist in inventory checks, restocking shelves, and reporting low stock levels.
