- Understand customers' needs and preferences and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Selling Handphones and Handphone Acc.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Housekeeping for shop to make sure is clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Use effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell mobile accessories, warranties, and service plans.
