The VIE CRM sales project leader will :
1.Lead the project to prepare and follow the deployment of the CRM new fonctionality module on local sites
- Be the focal point for the CRM Corporate central Project team
- Raise the pre-GO LIVE road map local project (planning / resources availability)
- Lead the preparation of the data sources for upload of the data into CRM (from SAP for contract or from local bases
- Coordinate the organisation of training sessions
- Identify the guides / processes to be updated
- Ensure access liceneces by users
- Identify the key people / key users (create a local team)
- Ensure onboarding of the manager : make sure managers will be leader (conviction) and will drive clear instructions about making the CRM as a MANDATORY tool
2. CONDUCT THE local GO LIVE
- Support training : presence, accomplishment
- Support the local users / key users
- Ensure local change management
- Support the managers : especially usage of the dashboard
3. SUPPORT THE local POST GO LIVE
- Ensure the adhesion to the solution
- Raise the user guides / update of local procedures
- Revise the managerial rituals (mesure the number of meetings)
- Highlight added value of the CRM in usage of the data
4. Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in management/business
