Sia Partners is looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing our Cybersecurity practice in Singapore.
This Senior Manager will have the opportunity to fully participate and shape a growing and entrepreneurial management consulting business. The pace of career development will only be limited by the individual’s ambition and appetite to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for
- Leading, managing and executing a portfolio of cyber security engagements with our client; reporting to the global cyber security partner and market leaders
- Supporting organizations in the implementation or improvement of cyber security management strategy and processes at the clients’ organization. This will include:
- Cyber security management programs including technology controls, process controls, and governance, risk and compliance elements
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Management programs
- Data Protection and Privacy management programs
- Threat and Vulnerability Management programs
- Manage cyber security maturity assessments using cyber security frameworks such as NIST CSF to determine clients' gaps in cyber security capabilities
- Security Incident Detection and Response management programs
- Identity and access management programs
- Lead cyber training and awareness
- Lead internal initiatives to set-up cyber centre of excellence for Asia
- Actively contribute to developing the market for Cyber Security services across all sectors and identify sales opportunities and escalating these to senior management as part of go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to create strong ties, to raise awareness of the cyber security team's capabilities, and to seize cross-functional sales opportunities
- Promote Sia Partners by routinely speaking at (and participating in) security conferences and professional meetings
- Manage and cultivate vendor relationships to ensure go-to market alignment
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant area
- 7-10 years proven experience in delivering cyber security engagements: e.g. cyber security programs and strategies, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, cyber security governance, security architecture, data privacy, data leakage prevention, cybersecurity resiliency, and identity and access management
- Knowledge of cyber security standards.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and GDPR.
- Consulting, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Proven track record in professional services sales
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, team mentoring, client and project management
- 5-10 years of experience working at a top tier Management Consulting firm
- Highly competent in Program and Project Management, Program Management Office.
- Highly competent in Change Management.
