Business Development Associate

Premium Care Sg Pte. Ltd.

The company is in the healthcare industry, providing medical services to patients, doctors & hospitals.


Full training will be provided to assist and support the daily operations of the business in areas such as administration, sales & marketing, business development & customer services.


Medical & insurance knowledge will be acquired throughout their training period.


Contribute to the team as a whole to ensure smooth running of the company


Interact and co-operate with all team members and/or internal & external partners


To carry out duties to the best of your ability, having consideration for the needs of your team-mates, the company and our partners/clients.

The role is part of the team and will require performance of tasks that are required, as & when necessary, to maintain, promote, develop and expand the business and interests of the company generally


1. Work with Business Development Team and business partners to assist prospects and clients in providing medical administrative services as a value-added service


2. Assist in the networking, developing, and maintaining new and existing clients


3. Ensure a positive client experience by following up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner


4. Establish connections to improve the quality of various services and create more business opportunities


5. Implement and support the company’s strategic, business planning and activities


6. In compliance with company policies and protocols, ensure proper documentation of clients’ data into the database


Requirements:


1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma


2. With or without experience are welcome to apply and Full Training will be provided

3. Required language(s): English and Chinese Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and associates


4. Good team player


5. Preferably relevant experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance with a strong interest in the local and regional healthcare industry


6. Entry-level / No working experience candidates are welcome to apply


7. The company is looking for an independent individual with initiative and willing to do what it takes to complete assigned tasks.


8. Someone who enjoys learning and is willing to take on new challenges.
