- Time: 9AM – 6PM (Mon-Thu), 9AM – 5PM (Fri)

Job Scope:
- Provide Front Desk Reception duties for the office by managing internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring that it is clean and presentable without unnecessary items or belongings on the reception counter
- Responsible for all postal and courier services
- Maintain complete stock of stationery and pantry supplies
- Provide facilities management support for efficient and effective delivery of logistics and support services to the office environment
- Keep the storeroom neat and compliant according to safety requirements
- Liaising with contractors i.e., janitors and maintenance service providers where necessary
- Maintain a complete and updated list for employee lockers and timely housekeeping to ensure single occupancy, highlight any damage or faulty lockers
- Maintain a complete and updated SharePoint list of employees for data and other usage
