Job Description:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
  • Contact and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Attend events, workshop and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Evaluate and analyze the lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of leads and prospects for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team including business development & sales teams and operation teams to align strategies and achieve goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices for lead generation.

Requirement:

  • At least 6 years of lead generation and sales experience in Human Resource Outsourcing Services / employment management / PEO / EOR / Payroll Service
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
  • Capable and experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
