Position Summary
-To Support and Carry out all purchases, logistic/shipping matters to suppliers
Main Accountabilities
- Purchase and coordinate all shipments for both local and oversea vendors
- Issue of PO for purchasing of goods and raw materials to suppliers
- Timely follow up to ensure timely delivery of products and supporting documentation
- Perform discrepancies and damage of goods claim to suppliers
- Maintain purchasing documents, files and records
- Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by superior from time to time
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
- Minimum GCE'O' level with 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of purchasing procedure and practices
- Good team player, meticulous, well-organised and independent
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
