Fund Treasury Manager ( 4 Months Contract)
Highlights:
- This is a 4-month contract (Non-Renewable)
- 5 days’ work week , office hours
- Remuneration: Up to $7800 (Depending on candidate’s experience)
- Nearest MRT: City Hall
The Challenges:
- Oversee loans administration including interest payments, ongoing monitoring of financial covenants compliance and reporting requirements of the private equity funds (“Funds”)
- Structure, negotiate and manage all debt facilities for the Funds
- Understand and utilise hedging instruments to mitigate financial risks exposure on foreign exchange and interest rates on the Funds’ cash flows and borrowings
- Liquidity monitoring and management of the Funds to meet operational and capital investment requirements
- Prepare capital calls and distributions
- Coordinate with Finance teams on loan related payments and fixed deposits placement
- Bank account administration including opening of new bank accounts, maintenance and handling of relevant KYC processes
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and treasury reports, and other ad-hoc reports, in accordance with the requirements of the Funds
- Take on any other duties or initiatives as assigned
What it Takes:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Business/ Banking/ Accountancy or other suitable disciplines focused on analytical and numerical skills
- Strong knowledge of derivative instruments and treasury best practices
- Experience in Treasury operations with private equity funds and real estate industry is a strong advantage
- Well-organised, meticulous, able to work under stress and multi-task
- Team player with good communication & inter-personal skills
- Self-driven with a positive attitude to learning and ability to work independently
