Job responsibility:
• Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Assist in timely year end closing accounts.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and management accounts
• Review the work done by the junior staff and guide the junior staff do the proper work
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST report
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
• Handle customers’ queries via email &/or calls
• Monitor customer’s accounts and filling deadline
• Prepare and review tax schedules and simple income tax computations.
Job requirement:
• Minimum 4-5 year experience in accounting and management roles
• Accounting degree will add advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels and positive working attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Management skill is essential
