about the job
You will be responsible for:
- The full spectrum of HR including, employee life cycle, strategic planning, coordination, recruitment, employee relations, grievance, compensation and projects.
- Partnering senior management for change initiatives.
- Facilitate performance review, talent review, talent development and succession planning discussion
- Provide HR policy guidance to all levels of management.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Skills and experience required
- Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Min of 5 years or more experience in recruitment.
- Detail-oriented, analytically inclined and possess good problem solving skills.
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
