Job Description
Operations, Marketing and Business Development
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, and understanding key challenges
- Ensuring execution of operating standards that optimizes Return On Investment on assets to improve sales
- Developing plans, training budget and ensuring the development of Operations team
- Ensuring good Public Relations efforts to enhance and preserve the company's brand image
- Identifying new sales opportunities in Delivery, Corporate Sales or Catering etc
Finance and Leasing
- Implementing effective controls of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses
- Monitoring and controlling business performance to propose areas of improvements
- Identifying suitable locations for expansion and establishing goodwill with landlords
Training, Development and Hiring
- Training the existing team to ensure the brands provide exceptional guest experiences
- Setting annual strategic training and development plans to address business needs
- Coaching individuals for career progression and setting them up for success
- Taking employment actions to ensure quality of management and staffing levels
Requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in an felild.
- Minimum 3 years of F&B operations experience, preferably within Bakery, Café and Casual Dining Concepts
- Previous F&B experience in a Unit Manager position will be advantageous
- Excellent understanding of P&L management, with proven ability to grow businesses
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of making strategic business decisions with extensive hands-on operations knowledge
