Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Creatively find leads to grow our business.
- Market Insights: Gather and analyze data for market trends and reports.
- Documentation: Prepare various documents like tenders, sales presentations, and more.
- Cold Calling: Use an effective sales process for lead generation.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely with the Operations/Commercial team.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM system up-to-date with business activities and opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline: Update and manage the sales pipeline and potential opportunities.
- Admin Support: Provide general administrative assistance.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding local F&B, service, or hospitality trends is a plus.
- Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Meticulous, well-organized, and able to manage project timelines.
- Proactive Team Player: Self-driven and works well in a team.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
