Job Description
Be an integral part of the Academic Affairs team in the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine that works in close partnership with the Departments in delivering HR services to the NUS academic community for the furtherance of the University’s vision of a leading global university shaping the future.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Some knowledge about government policies pertaining to Work Pass and CPF matters etc.
- Meticulous, responsible and well organised with good follow-up skills
- Resilient and able to work within a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Both a team player and independent worker
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command of written and spoken English Language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams
- Some knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous
