Job Summary
As the HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Operations team, providing support across HR operations, employee on/off-boarding, recruitment, payroll and benefits and ad-hoc HR projects.
Job Responsibility:
• Support staff on/off-boarding in the Singapore office including work pass application, new hire orientation, exit process and etc
• Keep up-to-date with labor law and changes and prepare / submit employer-related claims for NS Makeup, Government-Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave
• Support benefits administration including renewal
• Sourcing for candidates and coordinating interview schedules
• Other HR tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably as a HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge in work pass applications/ renewals and the Compass framework and process
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Detailed-oriented, independent, flexible and team-oriented
• Meticulous, self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity
