Business development strategy and planning work identifies, evaluates, and negotiates new sales and marketing growth opportunities across multiple areas, including:
- Solution development (apply core technology of Panasonic Connect)
- Commercial/pricing strategy (regional/global, not only for Singapore)
- Partner strategy (alliance partnerships for Singapore Government project etc.)
- Project pipeline management
- Key Account management
- Go to market strategy
New product development work includes:
- Identification and development of the optimal revenue model, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product/solution (especially strategic solution: Face Recognition System) development strategy
- Identification and negotiation of strategic partnerships, such as financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights
- Prioritization and tracking of investments across new product development initiatives
Requirements:
- Have a thorough understanding of the content of B2B/B2G solutions business and project management.
- Has a basic understanding of business characteristics, business models, and performance management (including performance forecasting and performance management methods, BS, PL, and CF), and can support basic tasks under the direction of senior management.
- Have more than 2 years work experience in System Solution Company.
- Able to accurately create the overall storyboard of the deliverables for a business or project, as well as the message and image of each page of the document.
- Able to ensure a certain level of quality in the work of the team members while improving the overall quality of the document.
- Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paces environment.
- Familiar with Japanese Firm operations.
- Communication skill: English, Chinese, Japanese.
