Responsibilities:
· Managing and overseeing all aspects of offshore wind farm projects
· Managing project timelines, budgets, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, contractors, and regulators to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with established specifications and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in offshore wind farm project management or related field
• Experience managing and overseeing all aspects of offshore wind farm projects, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience with relevant industry standards, best practices, and regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with competing priorities and deadlines
• Experience with stakeholder management, including clients, contractors, and regulators
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management software tools
