- Monthly Salary: Up to $4200 + VB
- Location: Maxwell (Accessible by MRT)
- 5 Days work week (Monday to Friday), 44 hours a week
- Able to start immediately would be advantages
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Chinese Preschool Teacher, you will be a cornerstone of our preschool community, fostering a love of learning and nurturing the development of young children. Your role will be to create an enriching and culturally immersive environment where children can explore, discover, and thrive.
- Create and execute curricula tailored to the specific age group, covering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Foster a secure and encouraging setting for children, with a strong focus on their health and overall well-being.
- Cultivate and sustain effective communication channels with parents through consistent meetings, email correspondence, and progress updates.
- Demonstrate respect and kindness in all interactions with children, colleagues, and parents, serving as a positive role model.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or Bachelor Degree in ECCE
- Certified in Chinese at L1 or L2 Level (Proficiency in Chinese Language for Class Instruction)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Genuine passion for working with young children and the patience to nurture their development
- Computer literacy required
