Your role :
We are looking for an experienced NetDevOps engineer to join our engaged and innovative Network Tools and Automation team. The Tools team has end-to-end responsibility for all network management tools. Your responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the existing toolset which is required for monitoring, inventory management, and compliance management of our network services organization as well as developing new tools and applications. Your expertise :
You are able to work independently and in collaboration with various stakeholders as part of a global team. You have a curious mindset and are interested to learn and adapt with the ever-changing technologies and requirements in the financial industry.
• Professional education is based on at least a bachelor’s degree or a professional degree in computer technology
• At least 10 years of experience with NetDevOps practices and tools
• Strong technical leadership required to drive innovation and experience leading a small team with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience in Network Automation
• Strong programming skills and the understanding of common automation frameworks and strategies
o Proficient in network automation using Ansible, Python and FastAPI
o Experience with CI/CD Pipelines using Git and Jenkins
o Experience with Databases (e.g. MariaDB, MySQL)
o Experience with C# and React would be advantageous
• Good understanding of Enterprise Network Technologies and Products (e.g. Cisco/Arista/Juniper Routers & Switches, F5/Citrix Load-Balances)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and BigPanda
• Experience with professional IT system design and development, including agile software engineering principles and documentation
• Excellent project management skills. Understands the difference between agile, scrum and any other project management tools
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, translating business requirements to technical solutions and roadmaps
