- Ensure proper and smooth operation of the workshop for Fuso and EV Vehicles (Foton Van and E Canter).
- Handle customer issues and follow up verification.
- Perform High Value component fault finding, diagnosis and repair (eg engine, turbo system, Cam bus, etc).
- Lead Technical investigation and discussion.
- Perform defect trend analysis.
- Train technicians on vehicle product and maintenance work.
- Perform EV diagnostics and maintenance work.
- Train technicians to be competent in EV maintenance work.
- Ensure all EV maintenance repairs and activities are carried out according to proper safety procedure.
- Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors.
Requirements
- Minimum NTC/Diploma - Engineering
- Competent in written and verbal English.
- Candidates must have at least a class 3 driving license.
- Able to use electronic automotive diagnostic tools competently.
- Able to understand electrical drawings and electrical and electronic theory.
- Prior experience in leading a team of technicians and distribute daily works.
- Possess strong leadership skills.
