Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resource (HR) executive to join our dynamic team to take charge of daily administrative and HR functions within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver with excellent communication skills and a team player with impeccable attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers is crucial. The ability to effectively multitask, organize and meet tight deadlines is integral to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
● Recruitment:
○ Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
● Employee Onboarding:
○ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
● Employee Records:
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave records, and other relevant documents.
● Policy Implementation:
○ Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Employment Act.
● Payroll Support:
○ Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing.
● Compliance:
○ Stay updated on Ministry of Manpower guidelines and ensure company practices align with local regulations.
● Operational Support:
○ Work closely with the Operations Manager to provide valuable assistance in various administrative and operational matters, contributing the the overall efficiency of the organisation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Proven work experience as HR Manager or HR Executive, preferable in private healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR management systems.
