Summary:
As a crucial member of our Operations Support team, you'll contribute to the repair and production units, focusing on avionics, in-flight entertainment, and electrical systems. Collaborating with diverse teams, including process/product/business owners, stakeholders, and the IS/IT department, you'll lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation workflows for enhanced efficiency. Responsibilities include continuous improvement, problem-solving post-deployment issues related to RPA design, and supporting and monitoring RPA and automation operations. Communication with end-users and stakeholders in France is crucial, as is finding innovative ways to automate and enhance operational processes.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support the operation of RPA and digital tools & solutions
- Automate and improve operation Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Define automation matrices for projects
- Organize and support the launch and implementation of RPA or digital tools & solutions locally and internationally
- Collaborate with process, business, and product owners to design, develop, and test automation workflows
- Administer the RPA training framework for new users
- Create libraries with reusable components for internal use
- Develop process and user documentation
- Assist in constructing business cases and identifying opportunities for RPA adoption
- Support project management in managing timelines, deliverables, budget, and solution quality
- Seek best practices and continuous improvement within and outside the Process & Tools department
- Provide data and status reports linked to the development and implementation of solutions
- Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Competent experience in RPA development using UiPath Studio, UiPath products, SQL, and relational databases, and application development
- Development of RPA in the SAP environment
- Experience in process and business analysis, design, and implementation, including UAT and bug fixes; strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in industrial and IT applications operations and support is an advantage
- Working knowledge of .Net, PowerBI, VBA Macros, Perl, Python, or similar programming languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort with managing robotic programming (UiPath Studio and products)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, grasp new ideas, work independently, and extend projects autonomously
