Responsibilites:
1. Ideate, Create, implement and maintain Employee Benefits for our team
2. Manage full recruitment cycle (with support from our HR Executive)
3. Keeping up to date with Wage Support Grants from government and applying
4. Experienced with Infotech HRMS and able to administer HR duties on the HRMS
5. Schedule, attend and evaluate Interviews
6. Manage discipline issues/ talk to staff when needed to resolve conflict
7. Carry out competitive study for wages in industry
8. Budgeting, bonus and wage adjustments
9. Assist in admin like on-boarding staff, apply pass, creating documents etc

Work location:
3 days in office, 2 days at home
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 year experience with Infotech HRMS
- Minimum 2 years experience managing & supervising other team members
- Resourceful in finding alternative solutions to manpower challenges
- Organised, punctual with deadlines, keen on details, sharp and creative with solutions
