Job Description
1. Observe, improve & implement better work operational processes and ensure compliance with company standards, standard operating procedures, and governing regulations
2. Meet company’s goals by assisting in the smooth running and developing strategies of operations in the front of house, back-of-house (operations, logistics and warehousing), e-commerce and events.
3. Assist in planning and implementing business expansion
4. Train staff to meet company’s service standards; manage staff morale, discipline & professionalism; interview, assess and recommend suitable staff for hiring
5. Identify & implement measures for health & safety of staff and customers; ensure regular servicing of work equipment and premises is performed
6. Assist to coordinate projects, communication, and relationships across the breadth of Company initiatives
7. Oversee the order management system and the delivery management system
8. Plan, review, manage and coordinate customers’ orders to ensure optimal and timely deliveries
9. Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues in an effective and timely fashion
10. Assist in developing process improvements to achieve excellent customer experience, cost effectiveness and time saving and collating data and analysing trends as part of e-commerce operational review
11. Perform duties of Boutique Supervisor
12. Lead in off-site events
13. Assist Operations Manager in conducting operational and service audits
14. Ensure the maintenance of equipment and consumables
15. And any other tasks reasonably assigned by the company
Job Requirements
1. Diploma or higher
2. Heart for service, strong work ethics (reliable, committed, go-the-extra-mile), high level of integrity and professionalism and warm and positive communicative skills
3. Basic Food Hygiene certificate
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Suites
5. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
6. 5-day work week, must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
