Key Summary
As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the quality of healthcare services offered by Tsao Foundation. You will lead efforts to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centric care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance
- Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs for all healthcare and non-clinical services provided by the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical and non-clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and staff to implement best practices and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
2. Compliance Management
- Stay current with all healthcare regulations and standards applicable to the organization's services.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures in alignment with local and national healthcare regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements.
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Report compliance issues and work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to quality and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on quality metrics and compliance status.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements and track progress.
4. Education and Training
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff understanding of quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among healthcare teams
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and external agencies to promote quality and compliance initiatives.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and represent the organization during inspections and audits.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial System Engineering, Nursing, Sciences or other relevant disciplines
- At least 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience with clinical operations or service background. Those with experience working in the healthcare industry will have an advantage
- Possess knowledge of relevant healthcare standards
- Experience in healthcare /quality audit such as ISO9001
- Experience in enterprise risk management and contract management; and policies custodian and compliance matters
- Sound knowledge in structured improvement methodologies with experience in leading or facilitating projects
- Good written and oral communication skills - able to communicate cross-functionally in formal and informal settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is a must (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary range is indicative and will commensurate with qualification and experience.
