Job Description
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide high quality of customer service to all customers
- Contributes to a positive team environment
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations
- Follows operational policies and procedures, including cashiering and preparation of drinks from espressos to matcha
- Anticipates customer and store needs by continuously assessing the environment and customers for cues
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge upholding KYO KOHEE's culture, values and mission
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Requirements
- 5-day work week, rotating shift (weekdays only)
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Willingness to learn attitude and grow with the company
- 1 year of relevant experience in F&B or Retail industry will be an advantage
- Experience in coffee making is a plus
- Able to communicate with a diverse group of people in spoken English
- Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
