Position Overview:
The Executive for Business Development & Investments Management is a key role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing strategic business opportunities and managing investment portfolios to drive growth and profitability for the company. The individual in this role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies, establish partnerships, and make informed investment decisions.
1. Business Development:
- Identify and analyze potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to assess the viability of new ventures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
2. Investment Management:
- Manage the company's investment portfolio, including equities, bonds, real estate, and other asset classes.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and financial news to make informed investment decisions.

Qualifications:
