Job Description:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
- Contact and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and other communication methods.
- Attend events, workshop and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Evaluate and analyze the lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of leads and prospects for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross functional team including business development & sales teams and operation teams to align strategies and achieve goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices for lead generation.
Requirement:
- At least 6 years of lead generation and sales experience in Human Resource Outsourcing Services / employment management / PEO / EOR / Payroll Service
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
- Capable and experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
