Job Description:
Service Specialist is expected to provide excellent after sales and technical service to our client base in Singapore, Batam.
Services include inhouse/onsite service, training, installation, demo’s, commissioning for our range of products.
Other duties include organising and maintaining the service digital portal, workshop and monthly reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide after sales service support to existing client base to include in house/onsite - service, training, installation, demo’s, commissioning for our range of products.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main/subcontractors and suppliers on all service
operational issues
- Advise and train customers on basic Operation and Maintenance techniques
- To ensure workshop saftety, including proper handling of equipment and working tools
- Meeting Environment Health and Safety requirments
- Assist Sales manager with Project technicla support, sample marking and site visits
- Provide timely reports as required
- Control costs commensurate with profit goals and business level
Experience:
- ITE or Diploma, Uni grad - In Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh to 3 years work experience
- Experience in Industrial Ink Jet Printers is an advantage
- Class 3 Driving Licence
