The primary component of this role is to supervise the day and nightshift cleaning teams in performing stewarding, cleaning duties and associated tasks. Work will be performed in accordance with the clients standard, and within the framework of existing schedules.
- Ensuring that a stewarding and cleaning service is delivered to all areas as requires by client
- Reviewing work schedules
- Reviewing of attendance sheet
- Preparing of payment schedules to workers
- SIte visit
- Preparing of quotations
- Handling of operations issue
- Able to be hands on and stand in for workers when workers cannot turn up for work
- Handling staff issues and grievances
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
