Job Responsibilities:
- · Assist in the central kitchen with food preparation and cooking
- · Sort, store and distribute ingredients
- · Wash, peel, chop and cut ingredients
- · Maintain and upkeep kitchen equipment
- · Clean food preparation equipment/tool, production floor and storage areas
- · Dispose of rubbish
- · Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to
- · Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year working experience in F&B related industry and preferably in a Halal food manufacturing environment
- Possess valid Food Safety and Hygiene certificate
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- Able to perform shift work and work on weekend/public holiday
