Our Client:

Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager who can bring their unique expertise and enthusiasm to the role, providing strong leadership and direction to the merchandising team.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop insights and knowledge of the markets, gather and provide marketing information and comments to HQ on consumer behavior, customer needs, trends, and competition.

· Conceptualize, implement & adapt visual display guidelines in accordance with HQ’s guidelines and specific to market needs, including:

· Collaborate with Zone Merchandising team to drive and monitor the visual merchandising plans and tools for retail stores in the zone, through development of strategy action plans (slow movers, product push, marketing global plans) for adaptation for local markets.

· Evaluate and elevate country VM teams' performance and work quality to ensure the results meet the standards of the brand and in accordance with VM guidelines.

· Lead and set visual displays standards for window projects, key-events, key store opening setups, renovations, and product launches in collaboration with Merchandising & Retail team.

· Budget management of VM function, including zone-level procurement and selection of material suppliers and construction contractors.


Job Requirements:

· At least 8 years of relevant work experience in retail environment and with regional exposure

· Strong interpersonal & communication skills with high sensitivity towards fashion and trends

· Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office & Adobe applications

· Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures

· Ability to multi-task and work with tight timelines
